Don’t listen

Don’t hold yourself back.

Don’t push the pressure button.

Sometimes it’s best if you don’t listen to yourself, just because you’re the one who actually makes things worse. You’re so convinced that you’re not good enough, just because you’re stuck in your little world where everything is supposed to be perfect, but it’s not turning out the way you planned it to be.

And because you’re stuck, you get frustrated. You don’t see what others see and you just know what you feel. That’s the time when you need reinforcements.

Listen to what others tell you and believe them.

They see something you don’t, because they’re not part of that world inside your head. They don’t know your plans, they might have an idea of how you really feel, but for sure, they know what you’re going through. So they’re gonna say it as it is.

Listen and trust them. 

Then eventually, you’ll find the heart to listen yourself and believe in yourself.
The world will get bigger. Everything will turn out brighter. 

The bottom line is: Don’t listen to yourself until you’re ready to fight. Sift the positives. You don’t need the extra baggage with all the weight you have on your shoulders. 

Better yet, listen to what you have to say to others and find the heart do live it up. It’s hard to listen to your own advice, but you already have the answer inside you. You just have to find it.
